| Welcome to Creative Portraits. We provide members a fun way to design and share artwork created with your photographs. Before you enter the Creative Portraits site (the "Site") or use any of our services, you must carefully review the Terms and Conditions set out below (the "Terms"). These Terms may be changed or updated at any time, but the most recent version can always be found here. In the case of inconsistencies between these Terms and information included in off-line materials (for example, promotional materials and mailers), these Terms will always control. You should periodically check this page to make sure you are up to date.

| By entering and using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Acceptance of these Terms creates a binding contract between you and Creative Portraits that you will use the Service only in a manner consistent with these Terms. Your use of the Site and its services (together, the "Service") is entirely conditioned on and subject to your compliance with these Terms. | Our site is designed to be a secure and safe place for you to upload and store photographs. This means that only you and one of our designers will be able to view and edit your photos.

| It is important that we make all users feel comfortable sharing their personal information with us so that we can provide a smooth transaction and the best customer service as possible. Your privacy is the highest priority in how we conduct business. We promise not to share any information with anyone at anytime for any reason. We also promise not to gather or store more information than we need.

| We use a series of technological steps to ensure that your financial information is safe and secure. We use only PayPal for business transaction. This ensures the safest transaction as possible. Also, in doing so, no one from Creative Portraits actually sees your financial information or has any opportunity to use, store or copy that information. | Users |
Users of Creative Portraits must be at least 13 years of age. We will never try to gather any information from persons under the age of 13.
Customers who use our services must use them for their intended purposes. Uploading content should be for the sole purpose of transferring necessary photographs to our designers for the specified artwork. Any inappropriate pictures or malicious files uploaded will be deleted immediately and the user will be subject to the deletion and no services will be given.

| Copyrighted Material

| As a user of Creative Portraits, you have the responsibility of uploading images that belong to you. Copyrighted material that is not of your own may not be used in any of our services. It is up to you to make sure the photographs are originally created by you or that the legal rights to the photographs have been give to you. Creative Portraits assumes no responsibility for using copyrighted photographs in our designs when the user has uploaded and passed them as their own.

| Use of Designs for Marketing Purposes

| In creating original works of art, Creative Portraits assumes the right to use our customer's finished designs for marketing purposes. If you wish that your finished designs not be used in our marketing programs, let us know prior to the completion of your design. Any concerns in this area may be directed to Service@CreativePortraits.com

| Communication |

| We will communicate with you through e-mail or given phone number with the confirmation of your purchase and regular updates in regards to your design. Further e-mails may be sent with information that may be of interest: new products, coupons and seasonal sales. You may opt-out of these emails by simply replying, "opt-out."

| Creative Portraits holds the rights to the images and graphics contained within this site. Unauthorized download or use of the designs or images is strictly prohibited.
